At the bottom of the Quick reply text box is a button called
Full editor click this, in the full editor you have the smilies and BBcodes etc...

At the bottom left of the
Full editor text box click on
Attachments

Click on
Add files a popup browser box will appear where you can browse the photos on your computer, choose 1 to 5 (max) images and click open

Click on
place inline to place your image at the cursor point in the text box, do this again if you have more images,
preview your post to see if your images are where you want them, click
Submit to post.

NOTE: Only .jpg or .jpeg and .gif extensions are allowed for images.
