I am desperate to receive my laptop if anyone is coming soon...
Nick (rockstar) (sculptor) will send it to you for forwarding to my good self, as this comp my iMac is giving up the ghost, and he had my laptop repaired when it got wet.
So normal terms and conditions apply: I pay and also entertain you to cocktails and snacks round my

Talking of coming soon that Bullet Magnet, you better baton down those hatches again over them there Welsh hills, Big Bertha is on her way, and intends to blow out her wind at between 55 to 65 miles an hour throughout tomorrow in your area,...............so think on and look sharp.

That just about sums up my willingness to bring it in for Who2

Plenty of criminals in Liverpool mind, but cocktails and a pulled pork buttie is the clincher

We are a pretty resilient lot here in Wales, and no stranger to Water in its various forms.

Nick (rockstar) (sculptor) will send it to you for forwarding to my good self, as this comp my iMac is giving up the ghost, and he had my laptop repaired when it got wet.

old adobe hacienda ....anyone ?....cheers!...

Was bit harsh in my previous post Who2.
But,it's not an unwillingness to bring something. It's more a security issue.
We're always asked at airport if anyone has interfered with our baggage or given us anything to carry.
That's the clincher for me!
I once met a lovely gentle elderly ex-pat in Luxor. He asked if I would take a letter home with me and post it in Scotland to his sister in Aberdeen. He figured it would get there quicker if I did this rather than relying on the Egyptian postal service.
I did it with the best of intentions, but then realised what I had done and sweated buckets at the airport!
As this scenario involves an electrical appliance with wires,microchips,components,etc....I'd just firmly decline to carry it for you or anyone else.
It's nothing personal!

What did you think could potentially be in the letter to cause you such alarm?

You obviously don't watch any of the Border Patrol and similar programmes that focus on Customs and Security at various international airports.

That's the whole point Mr Z!
I didn't know WHAT was in the envelope.A letter?Yes.
But anything else?
Small bag of cocaine?Money gained from illicit dealings?Microchips?Coded messages?
I know it all sounds a tad paranoid...but I just wouldn't put myself through that again!

Or, it could even have contained a letter to the man's sister!
