Egypt off the red list

Post by crewmeal »

So yesterday's announcement that Egypt plus others is off the red list I guess is good news. It will be interesing to see which airlines start flying back to Egypt. I guess it will be the Red Sea resorts to start with. Luxor? May be something next year but I don't see carriers rushing to fly there just yet.

Newcastle - You'll now be able to fly home directly without having to go via Portugal or even quarantine. You couldn't have timed that better. Quick before this govt changes its mind again :) :) :)

Apparently those that who have had Egyptian jabs will still have to quarantine on return to the UK.

Good news, a friend has an Easyjet flight booked from Hurghada to Manchester in three weeks, there might just be a chance of it not being delayed again.

As I posted elsewhere....
How annoying...just after I’d booked and paid for coming back via Cyprus :xx

Still...I've booked the first EasyJet flight back from Hurghada...€37!

Another reason I’m happy to be flying direct to London from Hurghada :(
