I had the pleasure of viewing this late last night:


An excellent documentary with Archbishop Tutu and His Holiness The Dalai Lama.
I just checked it can be viewed on Youtube:

This was an old friend Jamsu who was incarcerated in a gulag in the Gobi desert.
After the Chinese thought they had 'reeducated him...
He had been a minister and close friend of His Holiness until he escaped to London....

His son Jampun walked to Dharamsala, and tragically committed suicide 20 years ago here in London.. 8)

Which surely goes to show that nobody can pass on, or tell you how to go about, being happy! It's something which you have to discover for yourself. Old goats like the Dalia Lama and Tutu found their own ways, which involved eventually having a cushy lifestyle, and paid for by their adoring acolytes, of course!
