hi, I tried koshari in Cario last time I came and I guess it's not too difficult to make, but does anyone have a recipe for it?

thanks

[face=Comic Sans MS]Urbi - I just did a trawl through the Kitchen Corner for you, there are lots of interesting recipes there and many of them are Egyptian. :) For Koshari try this link:[/face] viewtopic.php?t=2606

Urbi - not sure whereabouts in the UK you are, but if you head to Edgware Road in London you can get the best koshari outside Egypt!!! :D :)
I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not so sure...
