Caterer based in Sharm?

Post by Sharmer »

Hi all

I am having a birthday bash in my apartment in Sharm on 27th June and wanted an Egyptian theme - eg food etc.

Problem is I dont get back from Luxor until late night 26th.

Does anyone know anyone based in Sharm that will be able to do the shopping, prep and cooking?? Doesnt have to be a professional but someone who has a love of preparing and cooking Egyptian cuisine for my guests to enjoy.

Also suggestions for food please.

Thanks in advance.

Alison

Thanks Lisak - they are supplying 5kgs of beef and kofte, 5 chickens portioned, 2 lots of rice - milk and one with nuts and fruit, salads, platters of mashi, breads and dips. Sounds lovely. Just got the Egyptian musicians to sort out now x really looking forward to it with English neighbours and Egyptians friends attending - about 20 of us.

Man! That's the party to be at.
