Agree Q - I got an elemis one a couple of years back and its still going strong!! Amazing how much better your skin feels with regular use - I also use their lime and ginger exfoliator in the shower - it's the business and really smooths away any cellulite....as you say it's an addiction :)

Body brushing is also supposed to stimulate your immune system as well as making your skin look and feel nice.

[face=Comic Sans MS]I use the 2nd to next best thing on a daily basis - one of those nylon (?) plaits which are really good for doing the bit's you can't reach easily like the middle of the back. I did have a hessian one once but they go a bit slimey with the shower gel fairly quickly. Loofas/loofa mits are good too. :)

I think that is why I so enjoyed a Turkish Bath - that feeling of being scrubbed clean and the new skin glowing. I used to love my mun scrubbing my back as a child which I think was the same feeling. [/face]

This is the one I use pure cactus bristle and had it a couple of years so a good investment - you CAN get cheaper but be sure they are pure bristle

Thanks for the link Jewel :) as well as being good for your skin, cellulite, circulation etc etc perhaps it will help with the bad lower leg cramps I've been having in bed recently.
