Haiku for Egypt

As you can see, I have been playing with Haiku again! I'm still not really into 'poetry' but I quite like this simplistic form because it can convey so much with so few words.

I would like to encourage you all to have a go and write a Haiku that is inspired by Egypt - past, present or future - and post them here.

If you would like some more examples of Haiku there are a number of threads about it, with examples, hidden in Literary Corner. Here's one of them:

I have just found this example online and although it's not specifically about Egypt, it could well be!

Sick on a journey -
Over parched fields
Dreams wander on.
