A Four. A variation on the cocoon idea. No one predicted the Arab Spring (well there was one US based junior academic who did - 1/50,000), the fall of communism, Iraq 2 or the recent financial crisis. In Versailles no one thought there was a problem in 1789. Few thought that the Brexit referendum would cause problems. No one predicted that Vietnam would be a mess and a defeat.Who predicted or even now accepts the rise of China?
