Although the costs of housing, clothing & education are not included in the report, these are unlikely to be of much relevance to the long term "ex-pat".

If you actually go to the original source of the data linked to, it isn't quite so simple nor is Egypt as rosy as some want to believe it is. Purchasing power of citizens is one of the world's lowest and quality of life is one of the lowest too with a negative score.

Life is very far from rosy for, arguably, a large majority of the latter.
