Just noticed I typed 'flour' instead of floor in my last post, apologies!
By 'real' are you suggesting that the other two are imaginary Horus' or not quite as "real" as Horus, son of Isis and Osiris? The glyph you refer to is there to let you know that it is Horus, son of Isis and Osiris being conceived, not that he is present! It was by the magic of Thoth and the help of Horus the elder that Isis, along with her own magic, was able to achieve this conception and she took the form of a hawk during the process.
