Hi Yildez, this may give you some idea of the crap we have to deal with behind the scenes on a daily basis
When we get a post from a new member it needs approval, are they genuine? are they spammers? why have they ressurected a very old post?. So we can either delete the post as spam and they may have been genuine, or we let it pass and they turn out to be spammers Then we delete their previous posts or lock the thread and then spend all day explaining the gaps in the thread or the missing topic because people will read the forum at different times or maybe stay logged in all day so their page does not refresh

He may of even broke his golden rule and given it a like. But to be fair to this new member, and especially if they are getting the feel of the forum by reading random posts, does not inform them that a certain poster is now deceased.
Life is your's to do with as you wish- do not let other's try to control it for you. Count Dusak- 1345.

Re: The Nomes of Upper Egypt - for reference
People spam the forum all the time Dusak and often it is by resurrecting an old thread, it is very rarely a genuine member opening an old thread. These are usually computer generated as the spammers software is just a scatter gun approach and creates an artificial speech response to a random thread. Often they can be spotted early as they make little sense when taken into context with the thread itself as can be seen by their second post. Once they have passed the initial acceptance stage as a new member they go on to spam the forum so approving their first post is always a gamble as it is often just a brief comment from them. They are wasting their time however as we quickly spot these spammers and delete their account, it just creates more work for Admin and Mods.
