What, about old age, do you fear most?

I sometimes wonder if most people really think about 'old age' until something happens to them (ie. broken hip) that forces them to acknowledge they're getting old(er).
I know in the work place we were all encouraged to make appropriate contributions to different retirement plans and I'm sure many did and do but I also kinda wonder how many put it off as the concept of 'being old' just hasn't sunk in that one day they will be old as well?
