No good deed goes unrewarded

Post by newcastle »

Rescued piglets served up as sausages to firefighters

A litter of piglets saved from a barn fire has been served up as dinner to the firefighters who rescued them.

Don't know whether to :a50: or :a7:

I know it's in poor taste.....but the firemen saved their bacon.......literally :ct

To be fair, the pigs were being bred for meat anyway, and 6 months had passed since the rescue.

I often find that "No good deed goes unpunished":

Ye gods, they were bred for meat anyway, their time was up ( usually 140 days ) they were just fulfilling their sausage "role", or Bacon Sarnie in this case... 8)
