Saudi Dominancce - Egypt Servility.

Post by Hafiz »

The Saudi’s have bought some F15SA planes. At the moment this gives them air dominance in the region – over the Russians and absolutely over the hugely outdated and not very good F16’s that Egypt has hundreds of.

Egypt is not allowed to buy them.

Al Jazeera (noxious diseased Arabs - but with international credibility for telling the truth unlike the Cairo press) says” It (F15SA) also has significantly greater air superiority capabilities than the F-16. http://www.aljazeera.com/news/2016/02/s ... 33767.html

The F16’s were never very good and only idiots bought them.

The very expensive high-tech F35 fighter/bomber is coming on the market. If it lives up to expectation it will dominate the air. Only close allies will be able to buy it and this will never include Egypt but will probably include Israel. Turkey might get access but Congress might stop than in light of current problems. https://ahvalnews.com/us-turkey/turkeys ... -newspaper

Meanwhile Egypt will survive on 35 year old planes, French ships (that are vulnerable to Iranian/Houthi missiles) and a few accident prone new (or not so new) Russian fighters.

Given the threats I think they should start to install some defensive missiles for Cairo. It was bombed in 1948, 1956, 1967 and 1973 and could now be easily bombed again.

On each previous occasion the Egyptian Airforce underwhelmed (actually it was worse - they were useless). The Airforce had also been less than successful in the Yemen disaster in the 60’s. Its difficult to think of another Airforce with such a consistent pattern of failure – and no attempt to hold anyone to account or reform it. Oddly they produced Mubarak and proclaimed him a hero - the facts were that he was hopeless but Egypt doesn't like bad facts and promotes failure.

In any event Egypt might be lucky to not have the F35. Boeing, its manufacturer is full of Jews and also uses components made by Israeli firms. After decades of stirring anti-Jewist/Semetic sentiment in the Egyptian street Egyptian politicians wouldn’t want to buy a Jew plane. Time also for Air Egypt to cancel its Boeing passenger orders and buy other things and return all existing Jew planes. Oops, maybe they have already done that and bought some Russian killing machines for an airline with an already deadly track record. What genius. https://sputniknews.com/business/201606 ... -superjet/

The purchase of a new planes from Bombardier of Canada and their contract to build the new Cairo underground was obviously in ignorance of their Jew links. If any in power looked or was even slightly interested in other than stirring up street Jew hysteria. There are many other contracts with even more direct links.

Time to review all other contracts, products and medicines – there are Jews hiding everywhere. Everything from Silicon Valley is Jew. Such an approach would be entirely consistent with the black and white, inflexible literalism of Muslim theology and thinking.

Maybe they will have better buying luck with their new Russian friends although the Russian hardware failed in ’56 and ’67. In fact I can’t think of any occasion when Russian technology won a battle. The Russians usually win battles through reckless blood letting on a massive scale. Their technology and manufacturing skills have never been a strength. They can’t even make a motor car that works.

The painful truth is that Egypt ceased to be even a regional power a long time ago. It hasn’t the money and never had the management skills to deliver a drink in a pub.

Israel militarily dominates the region and Saudi backs them up – in secret. Egypt is irrelevant. 70 years of military Egyptian government (with people with IQ’S below 90) have reduced it to a sad side-show. A war with Israel would be an Egyptian anialiation - in fact an Egyptian war with almost anyone would be an anialiation. 70 years of military dictatorship has destroyed the Egyptian army - but has made it rich owning 15-45% of the Egyptian economy.Pity the bits of the economy they own are no better managed than their usual hopeless ways.

The Americans should stop their subsidy ($US1.3 billion) of the Egyptian military. Unfortunately this may cause a horrible period of reaction but it might lead to a more liberal intermediate period with civilians running the place for the benefit of Egyptians.

I think you're being a bit hard on the Egyptian airforce and military Hafiz.

After a week or so of intensive activity in the Sinai they've eliminated the terrorist insurgents. Well...50 of them anyhow.

And they are perfectly capable of bombing the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam to rubble , eliminating the threat to Egypt's water supply.

In fact, it would substantially increase Egypt's water resources....as countless cubic kilometers inundated the Nile Valley.

The new capital being constructed may not be so dumb after all. If hostilities were ever to break out. having your administrative capital parked well away from the 30 million citizens of greater Cairo would save countless lives. The loss of a hundred thousand bureaucrats would be a bonus.

Very witty.

Unfortunately you ignore their three failures - a number of which involve being bombed on the ground - they couldn't get into the air.

I think you also assume they are minimally useful - the independent research says that decades of 'commercial priorities' have made them useless. It also says their culture/basic thinking and social factionalism is 'relevant' to their minimal performance. In terms relevant to Egypt they have fantastic machines (many non-functional) so Egypt's power is communicated in material, symbolic terms rather than in human skills. You be the judge of the human skills.

I'm sure they could try and bomb the dam but that would lead to war in which all Western countries would oppose Egypt. To put it mildly, Egypt would loose. At this point in time Egypt has no supporters - not even Sudan or Saudi. Its on its own with even its neighbors hating it. Turkey loathes it. On a positive note the Syrian criminals rather like it. Tunisia stays away and Lebanon and Jordan wont touch it. IT would be hard to describe a time when Egypt had fewer diplomatic friends. Maybe that shows good judgement by them.

The skills of the Egyptian Foreign Minister in such a situation would be counter productive. The Wikileaks documents and the recent western media indicate that Western opinion of him is worse than loathing. They hate him - at a personal level. The Egyptian President's security advisors, whilst not regarded as persons to be referred to The Hague, are considered as not part of civilized policy. I think they are right.

The Sinai problem has been there for 5-7 years - massive military activity has produced little. In the last 2 years the terrorists have moved from Sinai to the mainland and their activity (much greater than reported by al Ahram) has exploded. A million man police force, a 600,000 man security service, a 700,000 army, several million paid informers can;t control the situation. In any event its possible that the Jews have done more - airforce and army - in Saini than the Egyptians who have failed for all these years.

Why would you assume that after years of failure the Egyptians are now succeeding. Why would you assume that long term benefits were going to result from a short term symbolic, media event. When in Egypt did something real ever happen from a big political event?
