It is a sweet the stringgy pasta type stuff that you make in to nests and put sugar water over like you would with basbousa. You can get it every where in Luxor but really need to know if I can get it in the uk?
Why not make baklawa or basbousa?? Baklawa uses basically filo pastry, nuts and sultanas, or basbousa with semolina flour - both of which you can pick up in Sainsburys
