1 tea cup of flour plain
2oz sugar brown or white
4oz butter
half tspn baking powder





















You will need a blender for this its pretty quick and simple takes 20 to 30 mins.
put flour in the blender with baking powder ,sugar,butter then pulse for a while til blended to a creamy then add raisins til totaly belended and goes into a ball.remove using spatula as not to waste any of the pastry androll into small egg like balls and flaten in palm of hand and place each one on a greased biscuit tray place tray in oven preheated on medium heat leave for 10 to 20 mins or until golden brown.when biscuit removed they wil be soft allowed to cool will crispen enjoy. can be dipped into melted chocalate[shadow=midnightblue][/shadow][face=Arial][/face][glow=midnightblue][/glow][glow=deepskyblue][/glow][/u]
