No, Kevin, they are no more faces than is the man in the moon (or as the Germans call it, the hare on the moon). They are examples of your brain trying to make sense of random patterns, which is often influenced by your own expectations - like seeing faces etc in clouds.
I might agree with you, but then we'd both be wrong!
