I've just inherited a huge pumpkin. Any suggestions for savoury veggie dishes?

There's only so much pumpkin soup you can eat...

Roasted/mashed with carrots & potatos/stir fried/ a filling for pasta...

With regards to pumpkin soup, there are lots of variations on it and as it's a good winter warmer it's well worth making some and freezing it ready for those snowy days ahead.

Pumpkin & potato mash works well with chicken dishes and even as an alternative topping to beef/lamb mince.
