I thought these pictures are probably more powerful and graphic than any news report I've seen. I'm not a Daily Mail advocate but I think they've done well in publishing these photos..

Don't read too much into pictures TAL 777 we don't in Luxor, they could mean anything!

Are you saying these pictures are fake? They look quite real to me, is that a different Cairo we are talking about to the one on your planet?
Ok so what do pictures of dead bodies, blood etc say to you? Not much so it seems...
There is no 'meaning' to it but just pictures of what happened..

The usual standard of journalism from the Daily Mail never let fact get in the way of a good story
Bit like this forum sometimes

Ok Bombay so what is the fanciful point the Mail is trying to make here with these photos?

The photos don't look too contrived to me AND if somebody had to pay all those 'stand ins' in the group shots they for sure must have one awful big budget to work with.
I think the photos ARE telling a story of what is going on. ONE photo does not a story make but hard to make the argument that all of them together mean nothing.

Ok if you are looking for meaning, I think they are saying that something very tragic and big happened in Cairo, with many fatalities. Which ever side you are on (and by the way you would hardly expect the Daily Mail to be pro an Islamic government!!?) people have died.
On the other hand those who are wanting to understate or refute what happened (which is at least 75 fatalities according to the Army), could also mean something....eg that you have your heads firmly buried in the Luxor sand...
