3 Tonnes of Bango in the Red Sea Confiscated by the Egyptian Navy.
According to Military Spokesperson Mohamed Samir's Facebook page, the Egyptian navy found and seized a large haul of bango (Egyptian weed) floating in the coast of the Red Sea. Upon noticing that sacks were floating in the waters near the coastal village of Abu Thoma, the forces decided to retrieve all 20 of them which contained three tons of bango.
“The naval troops are still carrying out their missions in securing the country's coasts against smuggling operations and illegal immigration,” Samir added.
