Anyone in the know as to when Egypt (especially Luxor) will have 4G?

With the antiquated cable network, will it make any difference to Egypt's abysmally slow internet service?

According to Vodafone, "Vodafone 4G Network is Up and Running now in Egypt".
It is supposed to work in some regions, but certainly not here.
