Re: New discovery in the Western Valley
Is this really current news? He did precisely this back around 2010. The whole area was stripped back to the bedrock and he found nothing.
The WV guardian told me he was looking in the wrong place

Life is not measured by the breaths you take, but by the moments that take your breath away.

It was a recent headliner, but hey who knows when Zahi is involved

Re: New discovery in the Western Valley
Hawass may be disappointed if he hopes to find Ankhesenamun's remains.
The mummy known as KV 21a has been linked to the foetuses in KV 62.....albeit by sketchy DNA analysis....which would indicate that it may be the mummy of Ankhesenamun.
Unless Tut had another wife.....or the foetuses were from another sexual partner....or the KV 55 mummy is not Akhenaton.....or the DNA evidence is suspect ( very likely in my view )......or......
.
Take your pick
