Latest round of new governors

Post by newcastle »

According to undisclosed sources moves are afoot to appoint new governors......this after the big shuffle last year. I have some doubts about this post....and will correct later if necessary.

As usual, heavily weighted in favour of retired major general with a smattering of doctors (of engineering probably)

Informed sources confirmed that the new governors names will be announced today, and that it is expected to appoint 13 new Governor .

It was confirmed already from various sources that the new Governor for the Red Sea is Major General Amr Hanafi . The formal agent at the Egyptian intelligance service.

The below are the new governors names for the other governorates :

Major General Muhammad Sharif,

Major General AH Khaled Shoaib

Major General AH Sharif Bishara

Dr. Ayman Abdel Mawgoud

Major General Ashraf Attia Abdel Bari

Dr. Neven Kabbaj

Dr. Amr Othman

Major General Abdullah Abdul Ghani

Dr. Ayman Mokhtar

Major General Mohamed Ali Hussein

Dr. Rady Abdel Moaty

The sources pointed out that the governorates affected by the change Monofiya, Kafr El-Sheikh, Alexandria, Ismailia, Aswan, Beni Suef, Luxor, Red Sea, Matrouh, Qalyubia, Beheira, Giza and Cairo.

The sources added also that the number of 18 young leaders of the presidential program will be appointed deputies to a number of governors, noting that the deputies were trained and qualified to work in senior leadership and executive positions.

It is scheduled that the governors and their deputies will be sworn in before President Abdel Fattah El Sisi within hours, followed by a meeting with him to start the assignments and work to implement them to complete the development process.
