Members and Visitors Flags

I have read on another thread that we are a site that is visited by mainly Europeans. It may be the membership is made up of mainly Europeans, I cannot confirm that, but according to the flags we now have people - members and guests visiting us from 86 countries across 6 continents.

Seeing all the flags is a good reminder that not everyone is a native English speaker and we must all make allowances for the differences in the way we write. It's also a good reminder that you never know who is reading what you have written.

192 of the countries are members of the United Nations. Vatican City remains Independant of UN.

As I have only been gathering information from the Flags shown, my count of 95 countries may be inaccurate. It may be that some on my list are not countries but really should come under the heading of Territories, Colonies, and Dependancies.[/face]

Theres a guest on from Chile at the mo. however, they could really be from down the road judging from the Turkey and Usa flags showing on peoples names.

No Lisak, we just have a few problems with AOL and opel comunications, which as been showing the turkey flag think it is sorted now
