Well spotted Hepzibah!! Mystery solved!
I did realise I'd duplicated the original "new entry" but didn't know how to get rid of it.
I should have asked admin to sort it before it came back to bite me in the bum.

In situations like that - If it is too late to Delete (bottom right of the post) Hit REPORT (bottom left of post). You then get options to say why you are reporting it. Just write Duplicate. This alerts Mods/Admin and they can then delete from their controls.

Should Horus have nothing better to do with his life he could always do an Admin cut and sew to the threads and join them all up.
My apologies all round, I have not been on top form for a few days with a very painful foot, so glad that you spotted it Hepzi and that Keefy sorted it out and all I can say is:
