OH great, yet I still dont know what the bug was. I just disabled and then re-enabled different permissions, :)

Well - for me here in Canada right now I've got 2 buttons side by side - User Control Panel and New Messages. They both still there and working - right now ;) Thanks muchly!

Far as I can tell Keefy you've got North America fixed........now you'll have to work on Australia, Europe and Africa :) :)

There was only you and WI pm's not working (no one else reported it) If your PM's are not working I presume WI PM's are working :)
