Able to combine historical fact and fiction in such a way that the reader confuses the two.

Dan Brown is Umberto Eco wanna be and not a very good one :P

Well for such a high profile launch I assumed the masses would want to comment say as in the X factor or Big Brother.
Just finished reading it and I thought not bad another page turner, hopefully it will cause people to 'think at least for the duration of their immersement.
The most poignant set of words that struck me were: (To manifest an intention requires laserlike focus, full sensory visualization, and a profound belief.) "in oneself, & ones ability and of course practice"
As it states on my watch-face 'E Pluribus Unum ......8)
Dr Ragab's Universal Language is superior but will be less read.

WEll, as some members of this forum know, I am a Mason, and I can say that his portrayal of the Order is essentially correct.

Having said that, his latest work, like his others, is ENTERTAINMENT!!!!

It's not just on this forum but so many people seem to get their knickers in a twist over Dan Brown's work.

All I can say is - get over it - it's entertainment!!!!

Nicely put Scott you are right, im reading it now and it is just that, Entertaining ,as are so many other Fictional works by so many other authors :) :)
