Hi Honey in what context?? There is a similar word that means highland, and also a simialr word that is a common name, if only i could spell :oops: ;)

Ah, now I would put that as "mish arif" but as you say depends on the way it is said and the region they come from :)

If it's a luxor "mAsh areef" could it mean "OK, (I) knowing" :? without the ana :roll:

I'm pretty sure that was what the dreadful taxi driver said when we reminded him just before the speed bump (yes he hit it too hard) :x
