A young lady bought me a bottle of Baileys, the other day.
So:
Highball + ice
Chocolate syrup
3 shots Bailey's
Top with fresh buffalo milk.
Shake........MMMMmmmmmmm.............................

Try Baileys and Amaretto and if you are really lucky add Amarula Cream. Delish. (if you want to make it really fattening...add cream or milk and raspberry syrup) serve over ice.

Now, we just happen to have a part bottle of Amarula Cream which was left for us. Don't drink it so I will pass it on to the good Dr for experimentation
