Hello my name is Andrew but known to most of my friends as phil hence my username. Have been coming to Luxor since 1999 for business and pleasure.
On the business side used to work for a large travel company so was inspecting Nile Cruises and hotels but now have my own company selliog Egypt Holidays as a tour operator though mainly concentrating on Nile Cruises as I have built up a lot of contacts with owners/companies etc.
Have come to Luxor on holiday a number of times and infact am coming out in August with the whole family. Have got a number of friends and business acquaintances from my travels to Luxor - Ayman from El Agamy Travel is a very good friend and also the owner of El Agamy Travel, Sarwat. Also Claire at the Sheraton is someone ive known for a number of years.
Im actually out in Luxor from the 22nd June for a week but will be in Cairo and out to Ain Sokhna for a while as I have bought a place there and am trying to get it finished (egyptian builder !!!) but hope to meet up with some of you when I am there.
FIngers crossed that the tourism picks up or it could be a bad winter !!
