I am currently reading her novel "Forty rules of love" and have also read "The ******* of Istanbul" - Anyone else read these and what do you think of them?

I've tried to read "The ******* of Istanbul" a couple of times, but just can't get on with it. I prefer Ayse Kulin, particularly "last Train to Istanbul", and Alev Croutier "Seven Houses". I also like some, not all, of Orhan Pamuks books.

I've just finished Victoria Hislops latest "The Thread" about Thessalonika - includes the Greek/Turkish population exchange - which is a fabulous read! Brought tears to my eyes at the end.

Thanks for good reading advice! I Liked the b of Istanbul --- not a GREAT read but worth my time I think. Forty rules of love is very spiritual.
