Water shortages

Hard to find water these days
My doctor said I've got to start drinking more water.So I went straight to the pub and ordered six pints of Fosters.
Oh yeah, and if there's a hosepipe ban, what can I use to drain the water from my flooded kitchen??
I had a call from united utilities to say my last water bill was outstanding, so I asked them when would I receive my certificate?
