Whilst Into the forth day of 2nd Series, episode 6 of Rome and I have just discovered this:

If you are enjoying Rome I recommend the recent three seasons of Spartacus. When they released this it was so popular they did a prequel season called Blood and sand so you watch this one first. The third is Revenge which I haven't seen as yet. These are very well produced big budget programs that detail the gladiatorial schools, the political in-house fighting and more back stabbing than you would ever hope to see in Luxor on a good day. Spartacus are far superior in my opinion and well worth the watch. Only down side is that they are crammed full of sex and full frontal nudity with some of the most graphic scenes of violence that I have ever seen in my time watching film and TV. You will be surprised just how big a male member can be placed on a wide screen TV.

I was attempting to hide the fact that I enjoyed every second of it by coming over as a prude.
