LITTLE EYES UPON YOU.

There are two little eyes upon you,
They’re watching both night and day.
There are two little ears so quickly,
Take up every word you say.

Their little hands all eager,
To do the things you do.
And a little child who’s dreaming,

An example you are setting.
Every day in all you do,

To grow up to be like you.

Children grow while you’re not looking,
You'll have years ahead for cleaning and cooking.

Although, I did learn bringing up babies, it's a two way relationship, weirdly enough..

Dunno about you BM,but I'm at age now where I seem to have so much more time for my grandchildren.
I had 3 kids in five years,and all my time seemed to be spent on feeding them,keeping them clean,and bringing them up!
The time just never seemed to be there to watch a video with them or enjoy some relaxation with them.
Now...I sit and watch dvd's with my wee grandaughters,we bake,colour in,play games,go to the park,etc.....and the most wonderful thing is,that at some point...they GO AWAY home again,lol!!

I spread mine when one went off to school I had another so since the age of 19 I have been doing the school run, my youngest is 8, had a scare recently but put into perspective I am enjoying my youngest so much and now have an element of freedom I have never experienced before. No more for me and I do not want to be a Grannie for at least 10 years. They have been told
