4oz unsalted butter
4fl oz fresh milk
Melt gently
3 ten-second whirrs in the mixer
Cool in fridge
After a couple of days it will clot for your Devonshire Cream Tea
(Don't they sell it in the 40 supermarket?)

You can buy whipping cream in the supermarkets in Luxor - look in the cold cabinets for a milk-style and size carton or even smaller ones for just one cake. Enjoy

They do a whipping cream in a blue/white container and a cooking cream in a green/white. We only use the whipping cream for the restaurants. Also there is sour cream in brown tubs.
