B-Tech

I bought a new Sony TV from B-Tech, in Station Street, last week.

Although the TV is working perfectly well I see from the paper work that the one year Guarantee has been date stamped 23 March 2013!

So if you buying goods from B-Tech you may want to check the guarentee before leaving with the goods.

Mind you I doubt if the Guarantee is worth the paper it is written on anyway!

We have friends that bought a flat screen TV from B-Tech it went wrong after about 3-4 weeks, B-Tech really did not want anything to do with it, and told them to contact the manufacturer, the manufacturer was about as good has B-Tech, they too are giving these people the run around, "Yes we will call you" Yes we will send someone around" all Bulls--t, there needs to be some sort of consumer law about the purchasing of goods and who is responsible.....

I hear they have a selection in Sinbads, not sure if they come with a guarantee though.../
And I bet you never noticed the anti bottle throwing blinds, they have installed for customer's complaints..

I have found that B Tech better than most for putting anything right.

I have lost count of how many items I have bought from B-Tek. Any problems I have had have been looked at straight away no problems. The guarantee's have been honored, so have damaged on delivery goods, swopped no problem. I have noticed though that the people that shout a lot at the tills with their complaints tend to get short change.
