I'm not aware of Tut having any offspring who survived childbirth.Frater0082 wrote:Okay I'm bored, So anyways i've been thinking about this for a long time and i was wondering if the two tasherit girls are the names of Tut's daughters. Anyone else agree disagree. Someone please save me of boredom.

Re: Ankhesenpa'aten Tasherit and Meritaten Tasherit
Why would anyone want to identify a 5-month old foetus...let alone give it a name?? Give it a rest Frater . All I'm "wondering" is what planet you're onFrater0082 wrote:No No No was wondering if anyone thought those fetuses were identified as the tasherits that's all i'm NOT stating that they were.

Listen and listen good im not stating anything related to my story
And im on a planet called Earth a world that niether of us no little of. This is the problem with people like u your so quick to judge and open your mouth instead of just sitting still and listen
All I ask was a simle question and why wouldnt name thier children they obviously lived to have names. Now what on earth made you think that they wouldn't.

What they didn't get a name when they were born?
You know what kindness will take you a long way castle. This is also what's wrong with the world to many miserable people alwats causing problems.
I was just wondering what the names might have been or if they were born when Tut was still in Amarna. Of course I probably know this answer but it makes one wonder.
I'm not trying to make an identity for these girls im just as curious as you are as to what happened after Y17 of Akhenaten.

Hi Frater0082.
I've read your posts and found them bewildering and puzzling on occasion.
I'm not an Egyptologist,I have a passing interest in it,nothing intense.
But...come on everyone.Stop the ridicule.
We all succumb to loneliness and boredom at times.
Keep wondering, keep being curious and keep asking questions Frater0082.You have the same right to be here as the rest of us.Forget the discouraging words and "go kick ass!"
The forum would be a tad more boring if you were not here. You provoke reaction and discussion.
Good for you!Keep it up and keep posting!

Well I was just curious thats all.
I find it very puzzling that either doesnt have a name at least one of them would have had a name.

Re: Ankhesenpa'aten Tasherit and Meritaten Tasherit
In tomb kv63 there was attested a woman named Henut-Wajebu and a royal wet nurse named Iny I wonder if there is a connection between her King Tut, and the two fetuses.
Some say she was a songstress during the reign of Akhenaten. But this could be a very different individual. Also I question whether the nurse Iny might have served as a wet-nurse to this non-royal woman.
I got blasted by this theory on Egyptian Dreams forum and I was told there is unlikely a connection. But I beg to differ. I don't understand why would the priest use a coffin with her name on it with the an addition of a wetnurse's.
Plus there were two small coffins which anyone can guess whom they belong to. I came to the idea that maybe this woman was the mothe of the two foetus's therefore an unknown wife of Tut.
I know everyone would say there is no proof of another wife but my logical explanation is KV21A was you see her feet she wouldn't have been able to do anything like Ankh could. I Know for a fact that lady Nebetnehat needed the assistance of two nurses to walk around I can only imagine how KV21A got around.
The severe clubbed feet seemed to passed through the paternal side of the family a nearly all the males had it. I got to this conclusion that perhaps lady Nebetnehat was Amenhotep III's sister and therefore KV21a is there child. I also believe that Amenhotep III coruled with his son therefore that's how KV21A came to be.

Re: Ankhesenpa'aten Tasherit and Meritaten Tasherit
Nebetnehat could possibly be a half-sister of Amenhotep the third from his queen Iaret some other wife. I know I got alot to say but I pay close to the little things that no one seem to point out
Nebetnehat was a Great Royal wife
Either a King's sister or someone very close to the family have this high role.
She is attested to his reign.

hmmm as i analyze my story and what the historical evidence that we have I wonder if Ankhesenpaaten Tasherit also married Tut along with the elder Ankh. It may sound silly but it could've happened.
