There must be an enormous amount of "old stuff" under the Nubian sands....probably less pillaged over the centuries than that around Thebes.

I was hoping the Ethiopian Dam might reveal something if, as some Egyptians seem to think (wrongly in my view), it results in Lake Nasser shrinking
