Will Egypt’s latest attempt to regain Rosetta Stone work?

Imagine the headaches if all the Worlds thefts were handed back, the insurance companies would collapse police forces would be twiddling their thumbs.
300 years Great Britain plundered India and quite a few other places as well, as they say
"To the victor goes the spoils"......

Egypt has no viable claim, in law, to this artefact.
Whether they have a moral or ethical claim to items plundered by conquering armies in centuries past is arguable.....but morality/ethics is a difficult card for the Egyptian authorities to play with a straight face.

So, given that assumption, how long, personally, considering facts given via past posts, do you think that would of given you extra back on the streets?
