For a while now I felt as if Egytology is dead or is in the process of dying because nothing new has come from the sands of time. I wonder did they dug every thing and every one up from the ancient times. What do you think do you agree that the Egyptian sands has coughed up all it could from times gone passed?

I was on the plateau today but didn't find anything other than camel **** and hawkers.

They haven't even yet found 1/3rd, so stated by Zahi 'cat in the hat Hawass, but as his removal from the ASC has opened up many discoveries by international missions who this year will find much more than last year.
They will still be evacuating way past my death and yours...

Judging from the number of teams coming to Luxor this year I would say that Archeology is far from dead and every year new discoveries are made.

We have discoveries under the Sphinx and the secret chambers in the Pyramids to be found.. One will lead to the other.
Probably the Sphinx has already been found, ( some time ago truth be known, Zahi didnt drain all that water for nothing ) but wont be announced as yet.

Then there's the rest of the Sahara, which before it became a desert was probably densely populated. Look at all those old streams and river beds on Google Earth...

Odd no one mentions the Pyramids on Mars and the Moon... ( probably a bot too early to go into that just yet, but I think we will get a lot more out of NASA on Mars, now that the Indians have just gone there )

Yes I feel the finding of the secret chambers that I was introduced to will provide many answers that we all have been waiting for.

Does anybody believe there is a link between the pyramids in Mexico to the pyramids in Egypt? Just curious ........

I think that the discoveries of our past histories anywhere will never end. Too much of it, and its ongoing. What happened today will soon be re-discovered tomorrow by the adventurous sole. LLL, I firmly believe that everything that existed and exists today is connected in one way or another. We just have to find the fine threads.

I believe that there must be. Human development would not move in the same direction and at about the same time in two completely unconnected locations. But it would only take a couple of sailors being blown across the Atlantic to spread the ideas of picture-writing, pyramids, boats, etc.
