My mate Nick Green has left advertising to open a new food outlet.

Now it's not as though this area needs another food outlet as since here I have spotted and visited over 10 new ventures, some will close within the year but that won't stop this ever evolving epicurian extravaganza.
This one is giving away 500 kebabs today and is part owned by Ben, son of the famed food critic Fay Maschler so it might last a bit longer…
Fay reviewed two of my restaurants in the past, pi***d both times but gave favourable write-ups.

It reminds me of the local hotels run by British ladies. "We are respectable and trustworthy, because we are British." (and by implication, not Egyptian)

Not that it is stated in such terms, but the food sounds pretty standard fare just the spin is different.

I don't see the need to put down other places to promote your own.
