Turner & George's Spicy Pig Rub..

I was running low on this amazing pork rub. So On the label is:

Gran Sugar
Paprika
Brown Sugar
Maldon Salt
Garlic Salt
Black Pepper
Spices ?

So I emailed the owner Richard, saying a customer was allergic to some spices could he let me know 'what spices?
Within 2 days he replied with a very nice list and letter.
So Turner & 2xGeorge's Spicy Pig Rub.
Gran Sugar
Paprika
Brown Sugar
Maldon Salt
Garlic Salt
Black Pepper
Crushed Dry Chillies
Cayenne
Onion Powder
Cumin
Oregano
Coriander
Dry Mustard Powder
Thyme

Wiz the whole lot up, bottle Ps: I also grated lemon rind into it…and smoked spanish paprika…mmm!…. :cool:

Note: Before ST say's "what a ruddy palaver, I couldn't be 'arsed well this is how to make Haggis which is one of the World's great dishes…
1 sheep's stomach or ox secum, cleaned and thoroughly, scalded, turned inside out and soaked overnight in cold salted water
heart and lungs of one lamb
450g/1lb beef or lamb trimmings, fat and lean
2 onions, finely chopped
225g/8oz oatmeal
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp ground dried coriander
1 tsp mace
1 tsp nutmeg
water, enough to cook the haggis
stock from lungs and trimmings…enjoy!… :cool:
