Eric said that he wanted to tell his wife Gloria that he loved her, but his opinion was that if he kept on saying that,
then it would devalue the words, as she used to complain he never said I love you often enough.

most think it's about a man's attitude to love, but if you watch that video closely, you'll see what I mean if you know how to take it to a higher level....

That's is why I chose that particular video... :br

How did it take me so long ? Temporary Blindness.. :cg

As John Lennon said..

It will be all right in the end, and if it aint alright, then it aint the end.. true Story.. :wi

Anyhow, as part of my retirement plan, I was thinking of opening a Pub here in Wales, and call it
The George and Dragon, as I have noticed that no one has called a pub by that name here.. :tk

What could possibly go wrong ?

It is a beautiful song and to me it is a true representation of a "man in love."

How many men(apart from the gigolos)actually tell a woman they love her?
It's "soppy,sentimental and unmanly!"
They have been conditioned "differently."

My late husbands way of showing his love was to relate funny stories about me when in company of others!I used to get so angry when he said he "liked"me and that I changed his life!He didn't use the word "love"too often..but even the fact the word was unspoken didn't seem to diminish his feelings for me.

But..there were gestures!A smile,a look of appreciation,a small pat on the backside or squeeze when no-one was looking!

Biggest surprise I ever got was when a good friend of ours told me he had seen lovely photo of me..in my hubby's wallet!
I had no idea he had it and kept it there!

Men..they're definitely from Mars..and a whole different species.

One thing I did realise, back home when they said,
"So BM, on the scale of difficulty, being 1 to 10, which level would you like to take this time around". ?

"11, same number as a Marshall Amplifier"... :cg

"Good Luck with that one"... :up
