Re-cycling.

Having had a couple of days off,I'm now very confused!

Been catching up on soap-operas,and feel I'm in a never ending cycle of "deja-vu!!"

Bodies under a concrete floor in Corrie?Wet cement? Or was that "Brookside?"
What the hell am I watching here? And how on earth can I be expected to keep up with them?

Wasn't "Emmerdale"once about a farm?Where's it gone?

It's kinda like management in NHS!People just keep getting re-cycled!
Once put money into "retirement"sheet for a hospital Manager. He was "allegedly"retiring! Then "blow me"..went to meeting few months later, and who was sitting there?Very same man who I'd contributed tenner for!
He's still there!!Still sitting on his fat backside doing nothing and taking 6 figure salary for it.Just a different title, and different role!Still doing "bugger all!"

Just like a soap opera actor/actress.Meanwhile nursing levels are critical..

Anyway...I'm not bitter...not half!!!

How sad (that you have nothing better to do with your limited free time than catch up on soap opera). :(

Have to agree with Brian, even when I was a kid, I remember going down the village to meet my mates, we called on one, knocked on the door to be told we had to come back after 8p.m. when Coronation Street had finished. We never did call again.

Now, I suppose he still engulfs himself with such rubbish, along with Emmerdale Farm, Dead Enders and the rest.

Put mine on when I wake up, the Vintage channel, better than the radio for music . . . .
