I found the book brilliant, but found the first film a bit of a drag.
But this 2015 version is totally brilliant, especially as a part is set at Claydon a place, I should have once become the Laird,
If only I had been devilish enough to commit murder as in Kind Hearts and Coronets, sort of scenario...

Ps: It will probably appear in the autobiography, only if I can recall it all...
'download it, watch it, it's good, we once had an 40 piece orchestra and £12k worth of fireworks over that lake...
Oh and it that very room at 6am we dined on kedgeree & buck's fizz...

We only had to 'top one family of 4, the current Sir Ralph 1st Baronet ( pronounced Rafe) his Missis & 2 kids.
She drove her Porsche like a lunatic on a Sunday afternoon after the pub.
Old Sir Ralph 5th Bt, bless him was 85 and on his last legs,
anyhow and I would have become the owner of 5 villages and vast tracks of land in Anglesey and Buckinghamshire.
'Just Imagine that, for a mad moment !
All I had to do was 'bend the knee and ask for her hand in marriage....
..'she was a really bad sh*g, but a nice person...
Ps: A happy ending, she married a Jazz musician...
