You know (and I guess this is a bit of a rant) I'm really getting tired of all the "I'm leaving" posts.

OMG - if you want to leave then LEAVE and don't let the door bang you on the arse on the way out

What is the point in posting you're leaving?

We've gone through ad nauseum as in - how many "I'll never talk to you again" posts, "this is really my (ahem) LAST post" ..... OR the 'somebody has posted something I don't like so now I'm not going to talk to anybody on here anymore' posts.

What is the point of posting you're leaving? The hope we'll all chime in and say "don't go?" or "please come back" or "we're sorry we offended you and you're the most valuable poster on here and I'll die if you never post again I won't be able to go on?"

GEEZ!

Don't ya feel kinda silly coming back? (especially again and again and again and again?)

No - my primary motive was ranting that I was tired of just a few people continually saying they're leaving. IF you're leaving 'who cares'!?!?!?

Leave, go and don't let the door smack your arse ... AND, if you're at all smart and maybe a tad intuitive it is much easier to post again another day IF you haven't fallen on your sword in the first place about leaving

IF IF IF you've ever made a FIRM DEFINITIVE STATEMENT how do you graciously retract it? Isn't it better to just live and let live than to take the high road from which return is so difficult? AND if you constantly say something and never follow through - what do you figure your credibility is like to the rest of us?

Totally agree with you Bennu, perhaps the best way to go. Even I, the least liked person on here, clears off from this site for only a month, and up goes a post asking of my whereabouts. .

ANSWER = You must have a very short memory, you should check that persons only direct comment to me.

When some one has a policy of don't forgive and don't forget, they usually end up on a forum where they are the only participant, life is too short. .

If someone wants to post on here that they are leaving, then that is up to them nothing to do with anyone else. If they want to return then that is also their decision, no doubt they will get a bit of ribbing especially if they keep on doing it.
A Four, I don't dislike you I enjoy reading your posts even though I find some of them a little cryptic don't want to join your clique if you have one, don't want to join anyone's.
