TV stations reporting that a truck has been deliberately crashed into a Christmas Market in Berlin killing several people, a very Merry Christmas from your local Muslim fanatic.

Has it been said it was fanatic Horus? Just before retiring last night, Sky News said the lorry thought to be on Polish plates had been hi jacked. But that was 10.30 pm or 8.30pm UK time. They were also reporting that passenger in lorry had been killed and the lorry driver arrested. Smacks of a repeat of the Bastille Day Massacre in France a little. Whatever will these people do next? They disgust most of the World.

Latest reports are that the driver of the lorry is an Afghan asylum seeker.
ISIS have encouraged their supporters to make individual terrorist attacks, anyone with a grievance acting alone can spot an opportunity and carry out an attack.
This must be much more difficult for the authorities to combat than an organized group that they could maybe infiltrate.
The security services have an impossible job to prevent all these atrocities.

Also yesterday the Russian Ambassador was shot and killed in Ankara, Turkey. Early reports are that it was a terror attack by an undercover policeman, a supporter of FETO.

The world seems a very dark place right now.

It is being reported that the man arrested is of Pakistani origin named 'Navid B' and recently in a refugee camp in Germany.

Seems like Germany's open door policy is paying off Horus.

Whilst there are undoubtedly significant problems surrounding the influx of refugees/immigrants in Germany and elsewhere, it's probably premature to ascribe this particular event to anyone of any particular "profile".

They are not even sure, at the moment, that the guy arrested is the culprit.

Incredible! But thanks for the updates Horus. Have they said anything about the dead man found in the lorry? There was some suggestion that the driver of the lorry was hijacked the hijacker shot the driver and did this evil deed. But not seen anymore about that since.

Yes the Polish driver was probably held hostage and then shot, or shot as the fanatic stole the lorry. He then spent some time trying to start the lorry and getting used to it before his ram raid, the guy they arrested is denying any involvement, but he is known to the police for some undisclosed offences. They do seem to think that the driver with the weapon used to kill the Polish driver is still at large, so if he is I reckon we can expect him to go down fighting and probably kill a few more people before they get him.

By "profile" I was referring to the inference in earlier posts that the culprit was an immigrant/refugee beneficiary of Germany's 'open door' policy

All I've said that it's premature to label the culprit as an immigrant.......he could turn out to be long term resident...or casual visitor.

What IS likely - going by previous attacks in Paris, Brussels & Nice- is that he's a muslim fanatic and there's no shortage of them scattered around Europe, happy to listen to the call of ISIS to commit individual acts of terrorism.

And that is the profile I would be using.

German police have just issued a photograph of a Tunisian man who's documents were found under the dead drivers feet, he was known to the police and a search for him is underway.

Let's hope they get this a------e
