Maybe she/he/they may mean Little Stars (who knows)?, Luxor4u does not need a licence to run a forum, also the domain and hosting was renewed in Jan 2017.

Keefy, as Tullock’s information is wrong, either mistakenly or maliciously, then never the less it is still wrong information. It has nothing to do with this forum and to open up another opportunity for name calling and everything else that will go with it will only provoke some people and cause more bad blood, so I suggest that you just lock this thread, people can read it for themselves if and when that happens, either way it is likely to be kids that suffer from any closure.

Luxor4U isn't closing in July BUT this thread is closing in June
