Peter Salis the voice of Wallace & Gromit has died aged 96.

He had such a wonderful, distinctive voice.
Wallace and Grommet may have to become a silent movie now.

Another fine British actor bites the dust. At least its the master and not the dog that will be buried this time. RIP.
